About Me
Hi there - I’m Julie, a 26 year old Half-German, Half-English living in Wiesbaden, Germany.
From the beginning, Yoga was a place of homecoming for me - a way to connect with my body and mind. Especially Restorative Yoga has helped me form a deeper connection with my body.
I have always been very sensitive to sound. Sound can transcend me to different realms and that’s how I discovered Sound Healing. Using Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and Tongue Drums I have found my way of navigating through a world that can be overwhelming for the senses. Sound Healing helps calm me down and reset my nervous system.
I want to invite you to feel deep with me. Let’s tune into our bodies & mind and experience wellness for our senses.
RISE - a self love journal

RISE is a journal that celebrates the journey of self-love, self-care, and self-discovery. Through thoughtful prompts, CBT exercises, and space for reflection, RISE is a tool for individuals to connect with themselves and explore the beauty of their inner world.

In the first part of the journal, we will embark on a series of empowering exercises and reflections, carefully designed to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of ourselves, fostering a strong foundation of self-love and compassion.

In the second part of the book, we dive into the transformative power of journaling to challenge the way we think about our bodies, relationships, and definition of success. You have two pages (front and back page) to write down or draw your thoughts.
